Before that, she spent nine years at Great Portland Estates, leading a team of 24 and running operations across a central London portfolio of over one million sq ft.

But she knew she wanted more.

So she did a Global Executive MBA at IESE Business School, one of the top 10 business schools in the world. While working full-time. While raising two daughters. She graduated at 44.

A year later, she walked out of corporate and founded Myndset Group.

Today, Rebecca is a business coach, consultant, speaker and author. She helps women over 40 turn the skills and experience they already have into businesses of their own, launched within 90 days.

And now she's taking her work back into the corporate world through talks and workshops on mindset, confidence and overcoming fear. Whether she's in a boardroom or a room full of women, her job is the same. Get people out of their own way and taking action.

She is the author of The Lies We Tell Ourselves, the founder of the R3 Summit, and a member of the Association of Business Mentors. In 2026, she was ranked in Favikon's Top 200 UK Executive Leadership Coaches on LinkedIn.

Away from work? She's mum to two teenage girls. She loves travelling, could eat fried yam and stew indefinitely, and is a not-so-secret anime lover.

She is the founder of OMALIVINGSHOW LIMITED, a media and social impact platform established in 2014, which has driven the OMALIVINGSHOW Talk Show and the OMALIVINGSHOW Unsung Heroes Awards and Entrepreneurship Conference in Nigeria. Having hosted high-impact conferences for over eight years, she is now preparing for the ninth edition of her flagship event in Abuja and her inaugural leadership and human capacity development event in Manchester.

Marilyn is a Non-Executive Board Member and Director at SMART RESIDENCES LIMITED. Her advocacy includes campaigns on gender-based violence, health and social wellbeing, alongside initiatives promoting emotional resilience and personal development.

She has spoken and hosted events across Nigeria, Ghana, Rwanda, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom, and lives in Greater Manchester.

After two decades in engineering and operations, Jackie moved into the work that mattered more to her: helping high-achievers navigate the space between who they are and who they're becoming. She is the author of Defining Your Greatness and is completing her new guided book, The Path of Finding Yourself: Beyond the Roles, Responsibilities, and Expectations That Have Defined You. Through her talks, including The Healing Power of Doing Absolutely Nothing, and her Intentional Living with Coach Lorraine gatherings, she creates grounded spaces to explore, reflect, connect and grow.
